Very lovely small house with seating areas on each side of the house,. An old stall built out with cachet and new modern elements- with pellet oven, galery for sleeping, lovely modern kitchen and charming wooden elements. Sleeps 1-2 people comfortably on futon, plus sleeping sofa. Very nice little house, for 1-2 people with sleeping gallery, modern kitchen, seating in private garden. Extra sofa bed available. Quietly located in an idyllic village near Chur, the oldest city in Switzerland.

Well-maintained two-room non-smoking apartment with a separate entrance. Look forward to the cozy kitchen-living room and garden seating area overlooking the Grisons mountains in a quiet single-family house neighborhood near bus stop. Ideal for 2 people. 3. Adults CHF 20/night. Children from 5 welcome, not suitable for younger children and infants. The apartment is on the ground floor, but not step-free, so NOT suitable for wheelchair users.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. From the train station to our house it is a 15-20 minute walk. With a lot of luggage, it is advisable to take a taxi (CHF 12.00). Our house is on the slope and it goes quite up, including many stairs on our property. From the house on foot to the old town it is 5 minutes.
